Dimensions:
An antique German deep blue mercury glass witches ball / Kugel, 19th centurt, with and original fitting and hanging loop.
Hand blown glass and with original hanging pressed loop crown attachment. When when hung witches balls reflect the entire room but were commonly hung in windows to deter 'witches' or the 'evil eye'.
The condition is largely what one would like and expect to find in an original antique example with imperfections and character marks with age and remains very original. There are no cracks or damages.
