A 19th Century Chinese carved, painted and gilded opium bed facade, extensively carved with figures at various pursuits, pavilions, and foliage, the top panel with a central mon and bat, being a good luck symbol, the stepped side panels surmounted with Fo dogs, the border inset with blue glass roundels (some are missing).
