Regency Mahogany Elbow Chair with Interesting Brass Repair

A Regency mahogany elbow chair, circa 1810, with carved and pierced backrail and chanel moulding to the downswept arms, the upholstered seat raised on nicely detailed ring turned tapering supports. The tops of the arms and the reverse of the central backrail have very interesting and skilllfully executed 19th century brass repairs.  

In sound condiiton overall. I can have the seat re-covered by my upholsterer and supply fabric if required - please get in touch for further details.
