A decorative faux rosewood and gilt painted cabinet of small proportions, the glazed single door with arch top painted with borders of gilt floral garlands, the base with single drawer over a pair of cupboard doors painted with crossed trumpets and winged cherubs emblematic of music within lined borders and scroll corners, raised on splay bracket feet. The bookcase dates from circa 1915 however the paint finish more recent.
