A very pretty pair of Victorian woolwork screens, each two fold and with arch tops, hand worked in coloured wools with reserves of flowers within foliate scroll and both borders, the reverse covered in a plain red felt type fabric and with braid borders.
In pretty good condition overall with some imperfections commensurate with their age. There are a few small losses to the woolwork, particularly at the bottom of one of the panels. The red fabric to the backs is faded in places and has one tear but pretty good overall.
Each leaf measures 182cm high x 65cm wide.
