A supremely comfortable Victorian iron framed armchair, circa 1870, with tub shaped button back, serpentine shaped sprung seat with craved mahogany apron, raised on cabriole legs terminating in brass and porcelain castors. Upholstered in a mid blue velvet type fabric.
A really lovely quality chair in excellent condition. The upholstery is good and clean however I can arrange re-covering with my upholsterer if preferred and also supply fabric.
83m high, 72cm wide max, 90cm total depth. The seat measures 64cm wide at the front, 54cm deep and 37cm high.
