A Victorian button back armchair, circa 1870, the iron framed tub shaped back with a deep roll edge over a sprung seat, with scroll moulded mahogany arms and raised on mahogany supports with brass and porcelain castors.
This is an extremely comfortable armchair with iron framed back and sprung seat, traditionally upholstered in horsehair. The structure of the chair is in good and solid, the seat is strong with no lumps or bumps.

88cm high, the seat measures 62cm wide at the front, 51cm deep and 37cm high.
