A Vintage French canapé / sofa in Louis XV style, the cream painted channel moulded frame carved with foliate detailing, upholstered in pink velvet with nailed edges and with feather filled loose seat cushion.
This sofa dates from circa 1930-50 and is in its original velvet fabric. The seat is nice and deep and comfortable. It is in good overall condition, the velvet is clean but a little faded in places, the loose seat cushion has a small repair towards the back.
87cm high, the seat 134cm long, 47cm deep and 33cm high.
