A pair of 19th century Continental oil paintings on tin in 18th century style, each depicting a couple in an interior scene, the first with a servant girl in repose at a kitchen table, a footman peeping at her from the doorway, it's companion piece with the couple in an embrace at the table, each within original gilt gesso frames.
