A pair of Berlin painted porcelain plaques of female musicians, circa 1880, one of a kneeling girl playing a harp, the other of a girl standing holding a stringed instrument, within original black moulded composition frames with velvet and gilt slips. The harpist signed 'Bohm' lower right.

A very nicely painted pair of plaques in excellent condition. The backs are sealed and have not been openned to check for manufacturers marks,  however they are likely to be KPM.
