Ron Bowen is an American artist and teacher living in Paris. He has taught at a senior level at some of the world s most respected art schools, including the Slade School of Fine Art, where he was Head of Undergraduate Painting, Chelsea School of Art and Goldsmiths College in London, and The Pratt Institute and The Parsons School in New York. He has an international reputation as an artist and his book Drawing Masterclass is regarded as a definitive work on the subject. Ron has exhibited in most major art capitals and examples of his work can be found in many international collections including the World Bank, J.P. Morgan and The Smithsonian Institute in Washington.
