A good quality Georgian mahogany bowfront chest, circa 1810, the top with satinwood line edging over four graduated drawers with satinwood cockbeaded edges and unusual crescent shaped brass swing handles, the apron with line and chequer design inlay and upon out-swept bracket feet.
All the drawers have oak bottoms, the top drawer divided into three sections.
In excellent, clean condition with original handles. It has obviously been restored at some point in the past. One small chip out of the bottom left front foot and one small section of cock-beading is missing on the top right hand drawer.
102cm high x 112cm wide x 59cm deep to the front of the bow.
