Two Victorian Staffordshire porcelain friendship mugs.
The first titled in gilt '
Love The Giver' within a gilt scroll cartouche and gilt rose decorated cerise enamelled ground, unmarked.
The second mug titled '
From a Friend' within a gilt scroll cartouche on a cerise enamelled ground and with a lemon painted and gilt borders. Numbered in hand painted script 3 / 358 to the base.
7.5cm high and 8cm high respectively.
Both undamaged with no cracks, chips or repairs, some wear to the gilt and very small area of loss to the cerise ground on one (see photograph).
