A Davenport Porcelain Dessert Service, circa 1870, comprising three shaped service dishes raised on scroll feet and six circular plates, the wide grey and lemon borders moulded in relief and extensively gilt with oak leaves and foliage within shaped and borders.
The undersides with red printed mark of 1870 -1887.
The service is in superb condition with no damage, repairs, staining or rubbing to the gilt.
The dishes measure 27cm x 23cm, 27.5cm x 20cm and 25cm x 24cm, all are 4cm high, the circular plates measure 24cm diam.
