Pair of Victorian Cut Glass Wine Carafes

A pair of Victorian blown glass wine carafes, of mallet form with panel cut necks and everted rims, the bases with a wide polished pontil.

In good condition, of heavy weight and with no chips.  There is some lime residue to the necks and the base inside of one of the carafes (probably due to being used as water carafes), this is very likely to come out if soaked with limescale remover or sterident.
