A pair of vintage French bergere armchairs in Louis XVI style, early 20th century, the green painted channel moulded frames with foliate detailing, upholstered in a woven chevron pattern fabric and feather filled loose seat cushions.
A very nice pair of extremely comfortable chairs of relatively small proportions. In excellent condition, original distressed green painted finish, the fabric is in very clean excellent condition with plump feather cushions.
Dimensions: 98cm high, 65cm wide at the arms, the seats measure 58cm wide at the front edge, 48cm deep and 46cm high including the seat cushions.
