A mid Victorian country house pine scrub top prep or side table, the plank top with rounded edge over two drawers and a shaped frieze, raised on ring turned supports. The table is a solid, heavy example and of good size. It's obviously seen many years of use and although the paintwork is not original it is of considerable age and has chipping showing through to a yellow colour paint underneath.
