An Austrian miniature cold painted bronze in the form of a Pug dog wearing a sandwich board, the front inscribed 'A MERRY XMAS', the back 'WITH BEST WISHES'.
Although the bronze is too tiny to be marked as such it is almost certainly by Franz Bergman.
This really is such a sweet little item, not sure I can bear to part with it!
In good condition for this type of bronze, the paintwork is original with some losses in places.
