These charming portraits were typical of works by jobbing local artists supplied to the wealthier tourist in the 19th Century.
Condition: Darkened varnish surrounded by a lighter band which would have been underneath the original frames, he has a small pin prick hole to the left, various wear and tear commensurate with age, otherwise very good.
