A Victorian armchair by JAS Shoolbred & Sons, circa 1890, with traditional horsehair upholstery and covered in a blue check fabric, the scroll back and arms over a deep seat and raised on ring turned front supports terminating in wooden and brass castors, makers mark stamped to underside of frame, height of back 80cm (31") depth of seat 60cm (24") width of seat 68cm (27").
