A Czechozlovakian crackle glass lantern of pagoda form, hand painted in coloured enamels with a continuous scene of Japanese figures before Shinto temple entrances, the conical top lifts off the main body of the lamp which is hung from three chains.

43cm high (maximum of 69cm including the chains) 25cm diam at the top lip.
