A pair of Regency cut paper silhouettes of a lady and gentleman in profile, with hand painted gilt, grey and charcoal highlights, within papier mache frames with gilt metal mounts, convex glass, the red paper reverse with an initialled J.M.M.

The gentleman has dirt on the inside of he glass. I have not taken these out the frames as they are very nicely sealed on the reverse.
