An elegant French ebonised, gilt metal mounted console table, circa 1880, of D shaped outline, the deep gallery applied with gilt metal appliqués and egg and dart cast border, raised on four channel moulded tapering supports inset with gilt metal mounts and joined by a shaped stretcher.

Some evidence of historic worm which has now been treated.
