A large Scottish spongeware and pink lustre pottery shallow bowl, mid 19th century, hand painted in pink, blue, green and manganese colours within a pink lustre banded blue spongeware border.

A charming dish which has been well used, with some hairline cracking and with old stapled repair to the reverse.
